// You are going to eat 3 times a day with 2 snacks per day (try not to eat after 8:30 pm)

// Each meal you have will contain 1 meat, 1 veggie and your snack will be a fruit

// It's very important not to eat late. It allows your body to break down fat while you are sleep vs food

// Fruit still has sugar so we don't want too much of it in your system the first 30 days.

// NO CARBS, NO FRIED FOODS, NO STARCH, NO SWEETS!

// Fruits: strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, grapefruit, pears, plums, fresh fig, kiwi, orange

// Meats: chicken (white meat), eggs, turkey (white meat), turkey bacon, salmon, tuna

// Veggies: artichoke, asparagus, bell peppers, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, chili peppers, collard greens, cucumbers, garlic, green beans, kale, lettuce, mushrooms, onions, parsley, peas, radish, spinach, tomatoes, zucchini

// Breakfast 7am: 

2 eggs (70 calories each) 140 with onion

Turkey bacon (3 servings 90 calories)

Breakfast total calorie count - 230

 

// Snack 9am

Jello

Chicken breast - 90-120 calories

Veggie - any, as much as you want
